Let's Play Ball

It's baseball season and I love it! This year, Cale is playing tee-ball for the A's and Logan is playing coach-pitch for the Royal's. Cory worked out a deal with a friend of ours that has boys the same ages as ours so that Cory is the Head Coach for Cale's team and Assistant Coach for Logan's team and Ben is the Assistant for Cale's team and Head Coach for Logan's team. It works out really well so that he can be involved in coaching both boys' teams which he really enjoys.

Logan only has about 3 games left already and Cale has about 6 or 7. Hard to believe their season is almost over! Logan's team started having the kids pitch these last few games. They get to pitch 6 balls to each batter and then if there's no hit, the coach pitches three. It's taken us from a 5 inning hour and a half long game to a 3 inning hour and a half game. Cale's team has just started taking two bases on hits that go to the outfield and playing with outs.
